We recently had to remove some products from cloud nine shirts because our printers can not guarantee when they will be able to meet our deadlines. Therefore we no longer wish to risk having certain orders delayed which would result in disappointed customers. Sorry for the inconvenience :(

A pre-order is when you pay for a product in advance. The product is then made and shipped out to you after a certain amount of time. Due to some problems with our shirt printers we cannot guarantee the delivery date of our products. Most orders are shipped within 5 days while others can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on what product you are purchasing.

Sorry about the delay. Our printers are still experiencing some trouble locating a vendor who carries the sweatshirts we use in our store. We’ve noticed that they had a late order shipped out last week so they should be shipping out your order this week.

The discount would depend completely on what you are purchasing. All of the items in our exclusive sales store will all be priced differently so you will be saving up to $8-$15 for 2 tanks, 2 sweatshirts etc.

We’re sorry to hear about the delay, it seems that our printers are experiencing some issues with the vendors they use for certain colors of the sweatshirts which have caused some delays to certain orders. We have emailed them about this and if you have ordered any sweatshirts that are navy or maroon, there will unfortunately be some sort of delay. However they are working on having all orders shipped out as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologize about the delay, if you ordered on the 29th our printers usually take 7 working days for the production of the shirts and a further 3-4 days for delivery within the U.S. Can you message us your order number so we can check on the status of the order for you?

The sweatshirts labelled as “Mens” on our website are unisex style Gildan crewneck sweatshirts. They would suit both men’s and women’s but the reason as to why they are labelled as men’s is because the size charts for the sweatshirts are based on men’s sizes. Hope this answers your question :)
